All bookings are private for no additional cost! This means no strangers will be joining your group.
For your safety, the door you enter through is never locked! Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time, however the game clock will continue to run.
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early in order to sign waivers and use the restroom before your game begins. If you arrive too late and there is another game booked behind you, we will potentially have to cut into your game time. If you're going to be late we highly recommend giving us a call and we'll let you know if it'll affect your game time.

To redeem a gift card purchased online, please navigate to our redeem page by clicking here. Or, if you kept your confirmation email, there will be a link inside to redeem your gift card. If you are having any issues please feel free to contact us.
We understand that plans change, so reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your game starts for a full refund! Reservations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before your game for no charge. If reschedules are requested with less than 24 hour notice, a $20 fee applies. Sign in to your account or click "Manage Booking" in your confirmation email to cancel or reschedule. If you're still having trouble, give us a call.
We recommend our games for ages 8 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. If the group is all age 14 and younger, a paying adult must participate. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
Yes! Small children unable to participate (5 years and below) are welcome to join your group. Please leave a "note to staff" during the reservation process to let your host know they will be joining.
Absolutely! We love hosting large parties and corporate events. We have a full-time team dedicated to helping coordinate all of the details for you. You can reach our Guest Experience team by emailing support@escapetreasurevalley.com or through our contact us page.
Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.
We ask that no food or drink is taken into the escape rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.
An escape room is a live 60-minute game. You and your team will step into a themed room with a unique mission where you will work together to uncover clues and overcome challenges to complete your mission. While there may be digital elements, you are interacting in a real immersive environment. This isn't a video game. These games engage every sense in a one-of-a-kind tactile experience inside an immersive setting that feels like the set of a Hollywood blockbuster!
There is no dress code but we recommend wearing clothing that you will be able to comfortably move around in while playing.
