An escape room is a live 60-minute game. You and your team will step into a themed room with a unique mission where you will work together to uncover clues and overcome challenges to complete your mission. While there may be digital elements, you are interacting in a real immersive environment. This isn't a video game. These games engage every sense in a one-of-a-kind tactile experience inside an immersive setting that feels like the set of a Hollywood blockbuster!

Our escape rooms are designed to be immersive and exciting rather than terrifying. Some rooms include darker environments, theatrical lighting, sound effects, confined spaces, or suspenseful moments that some guests may find startling. We recommend considering the comfort level of everyone in your group when choosing a room.

Each game is designed for one hour of intense fun! Plan to spend 15 minutes prior to each game preparing and briefing for your mission, and 15 minutes after each game to debrief and take photos.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but we highly recommend making a reservation to guarantee your preferred room and time.

All bookings are private for no additional cost! This means no strangers will be joining your group.

For your safety, the door you enter through is never locked! Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time, however the game clock will continue to run.

Absolutely! Before your game begins, your team can choose between two hint styles. Experienced provides hints only when requested, while Standard allows your gamemaster to provide helpful nudges if your team gets stuck.

We recommend our games for ages 8 and up. Younger players are welcome, but some puzzles may be too challenging for them.

If everyone in your group is age 11 or younger, at least one participating adult is required. Guests under 18 must also have a waiver signed by a parent, legal guardian, or supervising adult.

Children ages 5 and under who are unable to participate are welcome to accompany your group free of charge. Please leave a note during the booking process so your Game Master knows they'll be joining.

Yes! All four of our escape rooms are ADA accessible. Please note that Mad Hatter may require alternative access for some wheelchair sizes. If you have any accessibility-related questions or accommodation requests, please contact us before your visit. We're happy to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early to complete waivers, use the restroom, and receive your game briefing before your adventure begins.

If you're running late, please give us a call as soon as possible. If another game is scheduled after yours, late arrival may reduce your game time. We'll let you know how your arrival will affect your experience.

Reservations may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled game at no charge. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are subject to a $40 fee. Yes! You're welcome to keep your phone with you during your adventure. However, we ask that no photos or videos be taken inside the escape rooms. After all, escape rooms are one of the few places where you can truly unplug for an hour!

We ask that no food or drink is taken into the escape rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.

There is no dress code, but we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing that allows you to move around easily while playing.

Absolutely! We love hosting birthday parties, corporate events, school groups, and other large gatherings. You can reserve one or multiple escape rooms, and we also offer a private event room that's perfect for celebrating before or after your game.
